Juiced Bikes CrossCurrent X Battery Connector Degrades

TLDR - I received a new battery on 1/29 and installed it. We'll see how it goes.

I've ridden my Juiced Bikes CrossCurrent X for 137 miles now.

One issue is that Race Mode didn't work right. I filed a support ticket and Juiced sent me a new controller. Unfortunately, they sent it the wrong address, so I'm going to have to wait a while to fix it.

Next, it was time to adjust the brakes, but I discovered that the battery connector has degraded despite strapping it in with a bunch of velcro straps. I opened a new support ticket for the degraded battery connector.

Good news is that I think I fixed the brake noise by adjusting the position of the assembly using the two screws.
