first add your video with the audio on timeline.
To get the audio from the video for that click on movie maker menu, click on save movie, and go to the
audio only settings. Click on audio only.
You can save audio file in two formats one in mpeg-4 or wma.
I am choosing wma here, give it a suitable name and click on save button.
It will create audio file.
