How to type lambda symbol in Microsoft Word
Lambda is the 11th letter of the Greek alphabet and is used in many stem fields. The upper-case for lambda is Λ and the lower-case is λ.
In Word there are a couple ways of entering the lambda symbol, for example you can enter it directly from your keyboard by holding alt and pressing 955 on your keyboard. Another method is to go to the insert tab and locate lambda in the symbols section.
