Closing a panel in Premiere Pro can be very scary because it won't be easy to reopen it if you don't know where it's located. For example, I accidently closed the program monitor and it also automatically closed the sequence in the timeline. First of all, if you don't know the names of these panels, then it'll make it even hard. So, I had to find the sequence in the project panel. If you don't remember the sequence name, simply double click to open different sequences until you find the missing one! Then, it'll open the sequence in the timeline as well as the program monitor. Now, if you close the program monitor panel, you could easily go to the window tap and reopen the program monitor as shown in the video.
