CVBPR application: Playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with AI

In this application, we investigate the use of AI to play rock, paper, scissors against the user.
In this project, the NASNETMobile model is used, already prepared with the author's dataset. However, it is best that we built a model with our own dataset since there is a difference between our hands and that of the
author (e.g., finger length, skin tone, background etc.). Hence, we need to capture our own data for the following hand signs: rock, paper, scissor and nothing (i.e., no hand signs). For this demonstration we captured 100 images per hand sign.
