Rapid Rig: Modular 3 - Animation Marking Menu
In this RRM3 update, animators can rapidly mirror poses, match IK/FK, reset controls, select regions, etc. through the new context sensitive marking menus.
Simply shift-ctrl middle-click with the desired control selected, and you will be presented with options relevant to that control and the entire rig.
