RRM2 vs RRM3 Axes Explained
This video demonstrates the core difference in Rapid Rig: Modular 2 vs 3 when it comes to axes. Z is the primary axis for controls, and the rig is offset so that Z is the side to side axis instead of the forward axis. This paradigm change allows for both mirroring translation and rotation in RRM3 which is not supported by most typical rigs that only have proper mirrored behaviour for either translation or rotation.
