This one is quite interesting! Okada's Live Voice Changer Client is one of the best free open-source voice changers I've tried to this day, and you can install it in less than 5 minutes - the installer does all the work for you, and you don't have to install any dependencies by hand, which is really neat. There are also hundreds of different character voice models floating all over the internet, so you can experiment a whole lot once you get it working!
And did I already mention the best part? Using one additional program you can route the voice from the W-Okada voice changer to any communication software you want: Discord, Facebook Messenger, your favorite online game voice chat - whatever you'd like!
