I redid my pedalboard: added a few pedals and other gear to fix the issues with it. My main problems were that not all pedals could be hooked up to MIDI, I couldn't use the top row of jacks on the Musicomlab switcher, which meant I couldn't use the Boss SL-20 Slicer in stereo, and I had some tone suck coming from the Digitech Whammy DT.

Signal Chain: Digitech Whammy DT, Keeley Compressor Mini, Electro Harmonix Bass9, Digitech Freqout, TC Electronic Sentry (4 cable method), Musicomlab EFX-LE, Line 6 HX Stomp (stereo return), Zoom MS-70CDR

In the loops of the Musicomlab EFX-LE are:
1: TC Electronic Sentry
2: Line6 Dr. Distorto + Source Audio C4 Synth
3: Electro Harmonix Mainframe
4: Pigtronix Space Rip
5: Line 6 HX Stomp (input, stereo effects send)
6: Boss SL-20 Slicer (stereo)
Tuner: Korg Pitchblack Poly
You can change the order of effects in the EFX-LE as well as making parallel connections.
One output of the HX Stomp contains the bass sound, the other contains guitar and goes through the Zoom Multistomp for some stereo doubling and reverb, so there's 3 jacks containing the output signal.

Other gear used:
Blokas MidiHub
Source Audio Midi Adapter
Miditech USB Midi Host
D-Link USB Hub
Palmer Pedalbay 80
Harley Benton ISO-10AC Pro
Line6 EX-1
Roland EV-5
Rockboard Flat Patch and Flax Midi cables
The sssnake 1844 Adapter
