NHS Chief Executive Amanda Pritchard met with Carol, a matron at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and a direct descendant of the Windrush generation. Together, they explored the significant contributions made by the Windrush generation and reflected on the importance of attracting future generations to be part of the NHS.
