All sorts of people are autistic.
You can be autistic and extroverted. You can be autistic and good with social stuff, often through hard-won experience. You can be autistic and masking so heavily that most people don't peg you as autistic. And you can be autistic and have absorbed the cultural messaging around what we should and shouldn't do and how to do it so much that we become ableist and propagate those lies even further. And you can be autistic and proud of who you are, with your autism, because of your autism. And you can be autistic and like who you are.

All sorts of people are autistic. We're just people.
