Okay, so if you need to go to Google, visit support.google.com and have a look at what is allowed and what's not allowed. If your keywords are not on that eligibility list, then you can raise an appeal.

If Google has mistakenly rejected or disapproved your ads, they will approve it upon manual review. However, if they are not eligible or not allowed on Google Ads, then yes, your ads will get rejected or disapproved.
