Otters can't find fresh food in the mangrove rivers because of toxic substances released by Chinese factories and shrimp farms. Polluted mangroves have made me sick with eczema and otters with many dangerous diseases. Eczema is the name for a group of skin conditions that cause dry, irritated skin.
