Follow the video for an easy demonstration of importing an omarvision unitypackage into your unity project.

Unitypackages are a way to share unity projects. They are basically your assets folder zipped up and sent. The Omarvision website has tutorials videos with little blue bars below some of them. those blue bars are the projects as *.unitypackages. You can import the packages and try the projects yourselves.

Unity packages do not contain "package manager" things though. So even after importing a Unity Package you may have to use the package manager in your project to get things like Probuilder, etc.
