The Final Shape is a momentous conclusion. It’s climatic, and the Light and Darkness saga wraps up in a neat, well-trimmed bow. But what really makes the Final Shape stand out to me is that the campaign truly knows the story it’s telling. Right down to the very bones. So, what is it about? What is this story, down to its barest bones, really about?
Well, in this video essay, we will explore the answer. Final Shape is about finding purpose in a world of chaos.
This. This is what everything in a Final Shape orbits around. And it’s why everything seems to just flow so naturally together in this expansion. It’s because the Final Shape knows the story it’s telling, and it’s laser-focused on it.
