~ Overnight Oats Recipe ~
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup full-fat milk
3 tablespoons of yogurt (flavour is your choice)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
pinch of salt
sprinkle of cinnamon
drizzle of the honey (optional)

[mix all together and leave overnight]
