Can you get rich without owning a home? Real Estate investing 101
Does buying a home still make a good money investment? Lots of internet gurus predicting a crash and/or promoting the idea that it makes more sense to rent and invest in thingns like Crypto. If you are a follower of the channel than you know my thoughts on Crypto.... So I wanted to breakdown true savings for renting and if you put that money in a stock or bond how it would actually compare to real estate.
Now every market and person's financial situation is different and this is not a QUOTE for interest rates. I wanted to show you an example of a scenario common to this market to use for a comparision when comparing investment strategies/vehicles.
