Build your own butterfly house with CJ Wildlife and the National Trust
Follow along at home as we assemble one of CJ Wildlife’s build-your-own butterfly house kits, created in collaboration with the National Trust.
Butterfly houses are a handy place for butterflies to hibernate and can help encourage pollinators and other wildlife to your green space. With pre-drilled holes, all you need is a hammer and a screwdriver to put this family-friendly kit together. Once you’ve assembled your house, get creative with arts and crafts and decorate it with wildlife-friendly paint. Position your butterfly house in a sunny, sheltered spot next to pollinator-friendly plants, such as lavender and zinnia, to encourage butterflies to make a home there.
