Hello beautiful friends. Today's hip opening and strengthening class starts with some gentle stretching on the floor, before warming up into quite a strong Manadala Vinyasa Flow. I hope that my wobbles in some of the balances can remind you that Yoga is not at al about being perfect or nailing Asana, it's about the way that we talk to ourselves and how we show up to challenge. The practice finishes again down on the mat with a cooldown stretch and some box breath work. Thankyou so much for being here, Ash x x
