Here is an ISO date String.
If we use the DATEVALUE to convert it, it returns an error.
First, we need to split the string.
We use the SPLIT function.
SPLIT(A1,"TZ")
We use the SUM function to join these values.
SUM(SPLIT(A1,"TZ"))
By using this formula, we covert the ISO string to a date and time value.
