Peacock Bass Fishing in the Everglades (no electronics, just some fish pics)
I've been crazy busy this summer, but Ben and I did manage to get away and do a little fishing. Here a short slideshow of some highlights.
Finally went to Miami and tried the exotics. Had a great day in the Glades catching peacock bass with Captain Justin Nguyen at CastaLineFlyCharters: https://castalineflycharters.com He really put us on some quality fish.
Absolutely beautiful fish. Tried artificials, but they were biting on shiners. Ben caught 2 big males just under 4 lbs, and I caught a 4.5 lb female. Probably caught 40 fish together. Definitely worth it if you get a chance.
