UGANDA TO HOST CONTINENTAL EVENT ON SDGS
Uganda has been selected to host the Eleventh Session of the African Regional Forum on Sustainable Development, scheduled for April 2025. The Deputy Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, Antonio Pedro, is in Uganda to kick-start preparations and assess the country's readiness to host the continental event.
Antonio Pedro also paid a courtesy call to the Prime Minister of Uganda, Robinah Nabbanja.
