Here are 3 Features That Make Workflowy Great
1. Collaboration:
With Workflowy, you can collaborate with teammates on lists. This is a great way to enhance brainstorming and idea generation, and also assign tasks.
To collaborate, hover over the bullet of the list you’d like to share, and select share.
You can decide if individuals can either A) Only view the list or B) View and Edit.
You’ll then be provided a link that you can send to your teammates, which will enable them to access the list. To cancel sharing, simply click “stop sharing this list”.
2. Tags:
With tags, you can quickly search for and find items or lists associated with certain tags. To create a tag, use the # symbol followed by the tag name, for example, #priority.
To display all items or lists associated with this tag, type the tag (with the# symbol), into the search bar. This will filter and display only those items or lists associated with the tag.
3. Multi-Select:
To help you quickly move and organize your information, Workflowy has included a fabulous multi-select feature. Here’s how it works:
To select and move multiple items, highlight the items you’d like to move. Then, hover over a bullet of the selected items. A hand will appear. You can then drag the items to a new location.
It’s fast, easy, and can help you quickly arraange or re-arrange your information.
