In its time Dungeons & Dragons influenced the formation of cRPGs. But few people know that following the rules of D&D almost jeopardized the existence of an entire genre. Not only that — for many years, RPGs were exactly opposite of what Dungeons was going for. One of the key projects of this movement was the well-known Fallout franchise. But how this happened?
