There was a suspicious whistle when the engine warmed up (about 1 minute), I decided to disassemble the secondary air pump, but as it turned out, the pump is not disassembled.
Purchased for replacement the same pump used with disassembly (article 06A959253E) and after connecting the whistle still remained. So for myself, I can conclude that whistling during cold start on an Audi A6 C6 is the norm.

The secondary air pump is a part of the system of accelerated heating of catalysts, which can be removed without consequences, this only concerns the environment. If you remove the catalysts, then accelerated heating can be completely removed or silenced.
ERRORS:
001041 p0411 incorrect flow rate-secondary air supply System (accelerated heating of the catalyst) - this is most likely a problem with the electrics, you need to look at the fuse and relay blocks
005137 P1411 P1423 accelerated warm-up system for neutralizers, row 2 too low throughput - you need to remove the intake manifolds and clean the air holes
