Hey friends!
Sooooo like I mentioned, I joined a gym earlier this year! I have been learning how to lift weights this year with my husband and have been consistent with it since January. Along with lifting weights, I thought I would get back on the weight gain train to help give me strength and fuel me during my exercise and workouts. I thought I would share a vlog with you guys on how I am gaining weight. I have been consciously intuitively eating for a few years now and am learning to do so with weight gain again without having to measure out my food. Here I share my weight gain journey for women and tips on how I plan on gaining weight & muscle.
