1 YEAR OF GOING TO THE GYM

So last year in January 2023, I decided to dedicate myself to going to the gym consistently for a year and it changed MY LIFE.

Obviously if I was sick or just had too much going on, I let myself have some balance and skip, but I was definitely consistent in going 4x a week for almost 52 weeks last year!

Working out has changed not just my physical body but my mindset and outlook on life so much. I feel so much more capable and stronger mentally and physically. It makes me feel less afraid to go out and try new things. It truly was a life changing and experience and I definitely am not going to give up working out for the forseeable future.

Hope this can inspire you to get active this year in 2024! It is February but it's never too late to start new resolutions whenever.
