Hunter Biden felony gun trial begins with drug details from laptop
An FBI special agent took the stand Tuesday as the first witness called following opening statements in Hunter Biden’s federal gun trial. Prosecutors showed the jury messages from Biden's laptop, which outlined his visits to a detox facility, his efforts to buy drugs and transaction records.
The president's son faces up to 25 years in prison for allegedly lying about his drug addiction when he bought a handgun back in 2018.
