There are two main ways to temporarily disable 360 Total Security Antivirus:
Using the 360 Total Security Interface:
Open the 360 Total Security application. You can usually find it by clicking the icon in the system tray (the area near the clock on your taskbar).
Click on the Settings icon, which is usually located in the top right corner of the window.
In the settings menu, find the General tab and click on it.
Look for the Real-time Protection section (or something similar).
There will likely be a slider or button you can use to disable real-time protection. Slide the slider to off or click the button to disable it.
Using the System Tray Icon:
Right-click on the 360 Total Security icon in the system tray.
You should see a menu with various options. Look for something like Disable Real-time Protection or Enter Silent Mode.
Click the option to disable real-time protection. In Silent Mode, notifications will be disabled but some protection may still be running.
