A few things set this kit apart from the competition. It's sort of 3 kits in one.

1. It's an electronics kit build -- You solder all the components - learning a bit about them as you go (with very detailed instructions).
2. It's an Arduino starter kit -- With all the basic lessons you would find in other starter kits.
3. It's part of an ongoing learning system. The Dr. Duino people over ongoing education classes and expansion packs to take the kit beyond its original design.

But is it any good? The Dr. Duino people provided the kit free of charge. I provided all the time to build it :)
