A Simple Leave Time Request off App has been recommended by many different departments for me to create. The managers did not want something overly complex but just simple with an Approval.

Using Power Automate we can set off an approval and then use Power Apps Connected to SharePoint to fill in the details. Finally we can attach this all to MS Teams to make it available to the Team to fill out when they want to request time off.

This is a full creation of an entire Power App from start to finish using SharePoint Modern Calendars.
