How to design and 3d Print Gears in Fusion 360
we will first see how to design a spur gear using an easy method,
then we will design and 3d print a gear set.
you can go the long way by manually designing the gear teeth and creating a
circular pattern to repeat it.
but there is a much quicker way to do it.
you can use the spur gear tool from tools menu
we will create a 3 : 1 ratio gear set
2 things you have to determine is the pitch diameter,
which is the diameter of your gear,
and the no of teeth you want in the gear
i also animated the joints to show how the gears will rotate
