Configuring Lubuntu 18.10 with the LXQT Desktop

Nvidia screen tearing fix - use as a startup command:
nvidia-settings --assign CurrentMetaMode="nvidia-auto-select +0+0 { ForceFullCompositionPipeline = On }"
Conky delay command - use as a startup command:
conky -p 10
