I think I should call these “Never Again Blondies,” because when I make them Joe says, “Never make these again! I can’t stop eating them!” 😂

Super simple recipe!
• 1 packet Keto Chow (I used butterscotch)
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/4 cup Allulose
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• (Optional) 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips. I used butterscotch flavored ones.

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the Keto Chow, almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder.
3. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. If you’re using them, fold in the sugar-free butterscotch chips.
5. Pour the batter into silicone brownie molds.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
7. Let the blondies cool a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
