If you have forgotten your Windows password and entered too many wrong passwords at Windows' user login screen, you will see this error:
'The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to'.

Follow the instructions in this video to unlock the problematic Windows account and reset its password.

Run command to use: lusrrmgr.msc
