The Customer Journey Builder tool automates marketing messages based on customer actions, such as sending a welcome email after a purchase or triggering an abandoned cart email to encourage customers to complete their purchase. The Campaign Manager tool is useful for strategically planning campaigns, organizing tasks and events, and drafting emails to send to customers.
