"Matters" Exhibition of art textiles. Kyiv. Summer 2024
I invite you to go to the exhibition with me. This event evoked complex emotions in me, because a lot of works which are permeated with a lot of pain are collected in this space. But I decided to show only a few such works in the video. Very few quilts are presented at the exhibition, because it is not a Ukrainian tradition. But there are a lot of interesting carpets, tapestries, prints, collages and symbols that may be familiar to you, because many details, I am sure, are also present in your cultures. Our big world is so small!
