TATAMOTORS: Product Launch Alert
Tata Motors is set to launch its new electric vehicle, the Curvv, next month. The company has announced that it will offer a driving range of up to 500km and a charging capability of 50kW DC. The Citroen Basalt, a rival to the Curvv, will be unveiled on August 2.
TATAPOWER: Expansion Alert
Tata Power to invest Rs 20,000 crore in FY 25, signs MoU with NHPC-REL for rooftop solar projects.
VEDL: Dividend Alert
Vedanta's subsidiary Hindustan Zinc may declare special dividend of Rs 25 per share, translating to Rs 6378 crore for Vedanta.
ONGC: Production Alert
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, (ONGC) has started production from its coal bed methane block in Bokaro, Jharkhand, with an initial production of 170000 SCMD expected to ramp up to 300000 SCMD by the end of the current financial year. ONGC also maintains a stable dividend policy.
WIPRO: Corporate Restructuring Alert
Wipro expected to report muted Q1 FY25 revenues, down 2% YoY, net profit to grow 4% YoY.
ADANIGREEN: Operational and Sales Update Alert
Adani Green Energy reported a 22% YoY increase in the sale of energy and a 31% YoY increase in operational capacity during Q1 FY25. The Company secured $400 million debt funding from international banks for solar generation capacity in Rajasthan and Gujarat. However, the consolidated net profit tumbled 70.47% to Rs 150 crore in Q4 FY24.
