The No. 15 South Carolina Gamecocks are a lined underdog to the No. 12 Clemson Tigers for Saturday's Noon showdown at Memorial Stadium at 2.5 points per the latest lines out of Las Vegas. Brad Crawford of 247Sports does not agree that the right team is favored heading into the contest. Clemson is 9-2 on the season and has won three straight since a 33-21 home loss to Louisville on Nov. 4, including road wins at Virginia Tech and Pittsburgh. The Gamecocks are 8-3 and have won five straight. Carolina has not lost since dropping a 27-3 contest against No. 14 Ole Miss in early October. South Carolina's streak started with a 35-9 win at Oklahoma then the Gamecocks defeated then-No. 10 Texas A&M, 44-20, then-No. 24 Vanderbilt, 28-7, in Nashville, then-No. 24 Missouri, 34-30 before finishing the home slate with a 56-12 win against in-state FCS Wofford last Saturday on Senior Day.

Clemson has won eight of nine in rivalry series, including a 16-7 victory last year in Columbia without scoring an offensive touchdown. The last meeting at Memorial Stadium went in favor of the Gamecocks, a 31-30 decision where South Carolina rallied from a nine-point second half deficit.
