In this video, I show you how the fear of missing out (FOMO) can destroy your Blender career and how you can beat it permanently.
Since I gained a diploma (level 3) in therapy and counseling, I compare solutions from different therapy styles like:
CBT, ACT, Gestalt, MT, MBCT, and REBT, but I look also at specific solutions for FOMO. In the end, I test myself and conclude how I beat FOMO.
