Powerful 7.1-magnitude earthquake strikes northern Philippines
A powerful 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck the Philippine island of Luzon on Wednesday (Jul 27), the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said, damaging a hospital and buildings in northern Abra province.
