Pakistan police arrest top leaders of former PM Imran Khan's party
Pakistan police have detained several top leaders from the party of jailed former prime minister Imran Khan. This, after the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party held a rally in the capital Islamabad on Sunday, which saw thousands calling for the immediate release of the former leader. Candidates backed by Khan's PTI party won the most seats in February's polls, but fell short of the majority needed to form a government. Khan has been behind bars for over a year in connection with multiple cases, which his party has alleged are politically motivated. Hira Mustafa reports.
