In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, state-of-the-art air quality measuring devices were installed in a bathroom with odoriferous urinal screens to evaluate the impact of these devices on indoor air quality. Germicidal ultraviolet lamps emitting at 222 nanometers are being explored for their effectiveness in mitigating biological transmission of airborne pathogens.
There is a continuing need to assess the use of these devices in different spaces.
