Use Excel to create a timesheet calculator where, using IF functions, we can check the hours worked in a day and differentiate them between normal hours (the first 8 hours worked), overtime hours (any hours after 8 hours on a day), short hours set against leave (any hours less than the minimum of 8 hours for a normal working day).
