SketchUp Shortcuts Description
SketchUp offers a variety of keyboard shortcuts to help you work faster and more efficiently. Here are some of the most commonly used shortcuts:
My view shortcut:
Perspective view: Shift+P
Top view: Shift+T
Left View: Shift
Front view: Shift+F
Right view: Shift+R
Two point perspective: Shift+2
Navigation:
Pan: Hold the Alt key and click and drag in the drawing area.
Zoom: Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
Orbit: Hold the Alt key and right-click in the drawing area, then move your mouse.
Zoom to Fit: Press the Z key.
Zoom Extents: Press the Shift + Z key.
Modeling:
Create Line: Press the L key.
Create Rectangle: Press the R key.
Create Circle: Press the C key.
Create Polygon: Press the P key.
Push/Pull: Press the Q key.
Extrude: Press the E key.
Offset: Press the O key.
Scale: Press the S key.
Rotate: Press the R key.
Move: Press the M key.
Editing:
Select: Press the Tab key.
Deselect: Press the Esc key.
Copy: Press the Ctrl + C key.
Paste: Press the Ctrl + V key.
Delete: Press the Delete key.
Undo: Press the Ctrl + Z key.
Redo: Press the Ctrl + Y key.
Tools:
Select Tool: Press the A key.
Eraser Tool: Press the E key.
Pencil Tool: Press the P key.
Line Tool: Press the L key.
Rectangle Tool: Press the R key.
Circle Tool: Press the C key.
Polygon Tool: Press the P key.
Bucket Tool: Press the B key.
Eyedropper Tool: Press the I key.
