Introducing the SDK-style SQL projects in Visual Studio | Data Exposed
Get to know SQL projects in their latest version with the Microsoft.Build.Sql project SDK. With SQL projects you can store your database definition in source control in addition to automating deployments of database object changes through CI/CD environments like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipelines. SDK-style SQL projects are now in preview in Visual Studio and VS Code, adding package references and other improvements to the original SQL projects.
