In this video I will take you with me as I wait for the town inspector to come and inspect my listing in Long Branch NJ. I will walk you through the house and point out some of my concerns and the items I believe will need to be addressed. It is important to realize that every town has different requirements and being prepared ahead of time will save you time and aggravation.
