Ingredients:
• tomatoes – 270 g
• bell pepper – 130 g
• hot peppers – 2
• garlic – 2 cloves
• bulb onion – 60 g
• fresh mint – 5 g
• fresh parsley – 5 g
• fresh basil – 5 g
• tomato paste – 1 tsp
• salt – ½ tsp
• olive oil – 2 tbsp
• pomegranate sauce – 1 tbsp
You will need:
• carving board
• deep bowl
Preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables very finely, chop up the fresh greens, mince the garlic and lay all into a bowl.
2. Add the tomato paste, salt, olive oil and pomegranate sauce into the bowl and combine well.
3. Serve your ezme as a piquant appetizer with fresh bread or as a sauce to fish and meat.
