Old Photo Restoration In Photoshop
first you have to lightly restore an old image in the remini mobile app.. its free app only..
then you open that image in photoshop, and cut out the subject using a pen tool or any selection tool ,
then clear the unwanted dots and dust in the image using spot healing brush tool ,
then add the solid colour and change the bending mode into soft light, and make a mask then brush the area with black foreground colour in unwanted area to hide that area..
after add the background then duplicate the subject to make a shadow using gaussian blur...
