How to make custom application shortcut and add to Unity launcher on Ubuntu 12.04 Precise
1. File System - usr - share - applications
2. Right click on Calculator - Copy to - Desktop
3. Right click on the new file on the Desktop - Rename to 'eclipse'
4. Right click 'eclipse' - Properties and change the information
5. Drag to the launcher
